Also, having that stunning rooftop terrace was a delight—perfect for unwinding with a view. The staff was especially friendly, ensuring our stay felt personal and special.

However, the in-room dining options could be expanded—just a few more snacks would’ve been nice. Plus, the AC unit was a bit noisy at night, which interrupted our beauty sleep. And come on, a toothbrush or toothpaste should definitely be in the bathroom essentials!

The upgrade to a room with a river view enhanced our stay tremendously. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of delicious options that started our days right.

It was just an ideal choice for a whistle-stop in Florence with good value considering price it charged. The room was more than adequate, and all staff were friendly yet professional. Make sure to ask for help if you need information on nearby eating spots.

It didn't work as well as I had hoped, leaving the room warmer than comfortable during the night. I also noticed some noise from the street, which made it hard to sleep at times. While the room was generally clean, I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly, which disrupted the peace at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere and service made my stay enjoyable.
